High School: Ft. Wayne, Ind., native DeArmond is the setter of the 2005 class. Setting the Homestead High School attack, the 6-0 DeArmond led her team to a conference championship as a junior and a runner-up finish as a senior. DeArmond was Homestead's captain and MVP in her senior campaign and earned all-conference and all-area honors.
