--Ohio has won five straight games for the first time since the 1999-2000 season when it defeated Miami (68-65), Buffalo (82-62), Kent State (81-71), Western Michigan (77-52) and Kent State (69-68). The last time Ohio won six straight games was Feb. 1-15, 1997.


 

 

 

--Leon Williams recorded his 37th career double-double and his 10th of the season. He has also led Ohio in rebounding in 18 of 21 games this season. Williams is in sole possession of eighth in Ohio's scoring records with 1,520 points. Walter Luckett (1972-75) is seventh with 1,625. He is also within 73 rebounds (977) of tying Gary Trent for second in that category as well.

 

--The Bobcats have held eight of their last nine opponents under 60 points. Ohio has allowed just 56.1 points in league games, compared to 68.5 in its 13 non-conference games.

 

--The Bobcats are 13-0 this season when they lead with 10 minutes remaining the game.


--Ohio has outrebounded its last four opponents. The last time the Bobcats outrebounded five consecutive opponents was the last four games of the 2003-04 season and the 2004-05 season opener.
